regarding Chapter 25: Freeway Facilities: Supplemental

On pages 25-6 and 25-7 regarding SMS variable definition: One of them is referring to average analysis period facility speed and one of them is referring to the time interval facility speed but surprisingly they have identical names. Would it be better if we differentiate the naming of the two variables?

In this chapter, the notation in the parentheses following the primary variable abbreviation/acronym should be considered part of the variable name.
