Hi, I got an error message claiming that the site can't be connected, with additional info DNSPROBEFINISHED_NXDOMAIN

The service that hosts the site’s downloadable files, including the supplemental chapters, experienced connectivity issues earlier today (May 30) from some European countries. Those issues have now been resolved, so you should be able to download the chapters again.

I am not able to download any of the supplemental chapters. It says IP address cannot be found. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

We've experienced that some organizations' firewalls block access to the Microsoft cloud site where the supplemental chapters, some technical reference library documents, and applications guide resources are stored. If you're using a work or institutional network, try downloading the chapters from your home network or using a mobile/cellular internet connection. I was able to download supplemental chapters this morning while on a hotel's network.

Thank you that worked. I was on my home network but on my work computer. The problem was that I was connected to VPN. Once I disconnected the VPN I was able to download the supplemental chapters.
