Many thanks Scott for all your help. They are all helpful. For this question, In any situation that I envision the ramp arrangements, "the actual ramp length" would equal the current segment (merge/diverge) length? Soheil, you are welcome. I may not be completely clear on your question, but if you are still asking about how the distance between ramps is measured, it is measured from gore to gore. The "length of the ramp" would usually be interpreted as the length of the ramp roadway between the two roadways it connects. That measurement is not considered in the Leq calculations.
